Return Policy

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee provides you with a full refund, credit or exchange when you return your Organizer purchase within 15 days of receipt. Receipt required.

All items must be returned in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Software must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original, unopened packaging for refund. Epower Organize It, Inc provides a 30-day warranty against software defects.

We will gladly issue a refund, credit or exchange for merchandise that is returned within 30 days of purchase, and/or meets the conditions indicated above.

Credit will be issued in the same form as the original payment. For credit cards, please allow two billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement.

We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets these conditions.

We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

To Return Merchandise:

Simply indicate the reason for your return, provide customer information, and list the items that you are returning.

Include this list with your return, wrap the package securely, and send the package to the address listed below.

For your protection, we recommend that you return the product using an insured method of shipping. Epower Organize It, Inc is not liable for lost packages.
